Vanathi is a development sector professional with experience in environmental research, education, and advocacy. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Information Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development, and a Master of Science in Psychology. Through her work, she seeks to bridge the often-overlooked gap between environmental and social justice.
Vanathi’s endeavours are driven by a commitment to fostering a resilient and sustainable future, ensuring that both ecological health and community well-being are prioritised in development initiatives.

Niranjan Raj is an engineering graduate and holds a PGDM from IIM Kozhikode (Class of 2006). He has been active in the financial services industry since 2006, with prior roles at Adventity and Sutherland. In 2016, he founded Muse Global Research Services, a firm providing tailored financial research and support to global investment management clients.
Beyond finance, Niranjan is also a certified World Athletics Level 2 Coach, specialising in combined events for U-20 athletes. Since 2022, he has been coaching at Mach Sports Academy in Chennai. In 2024, he extended his commitment to education by working with a government school, mentoring 8th-grade students for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS) examination.

Dr Venkatesan is a practising ophthalmologist. He completed his medical education at Chengalpattu Medical College and pursued his postgraduate studies at both Madras Medical College and Madurai Medical College. Currently, he serves as the Head of Department (HOD) at SRM Medical College.
With extensive experience in the field, Venkatesan actively organises and participates in the National Programme for Control of Blindness by conducting medical camps and performing surgeries in collaboration with NGOs.
